About me
Lindsay has over 20 years of experience in education and brings a comprehensive understanding of the educator pipeline, from classroom teaching to state-level leadership, having served nine years as a K–12 educator, two years as an Education Associate at the South Carolina Department of Education, and nearly a decade in higher education preparing future teachers and supporting multiple learning initiatives. A passionate advocate for public education, Lindsay has collaborated on more than 100 publications, presentations, and workshops with state and national impact, reflecting her commitment to data-informed decision-making, educator leadership, and inclusive collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. As Executive Director of CERRA, she oversees a statewide portfolio of innovative programs supporting teacher recruitment, retention, and advancement, including ProTeam, Teacher Cadets, Teaching Fellows, and Mentoring and Induction support and is honored to partner with state agencies, universities, school districts, and policymakers to strengthen South Carolina’s educator workforce.
