About me
Wyatt Cothran is Deputy CIO at the South Carolina Department of Education. His portfolio covers data flows and governance, analytics modernization, and the statewide K-12 reporting systems. He led South Carolina's Ed-Fi implementation and his current focus is the Growing Pathways for Students (GPS) ecosystem and its long-term direction. He holds master's degrees in Applied Economics and Public Administration. Outside work, he's an ultrarunner and would usually rather be in the mountains.
