About me
Experienced STEM and engineering educator with 25+ years in secondary education, specializing in Project Lead The Way and the Siemens High School Engineering Program. I am a Master Teacher for the South Carolina Siemens Engineering Program and certified to teach multiple PLTW engineering and computer science courses. I hold an FAA sUAS Commercial Pilot License and helped develop an innovative, credit-bearing Drone Technology and Aviation course designed to prepare students for commercial piloting and real-world career applications. My background includes extensive experience in physics, chemistry, robotics, and electronics, leadership roles as a science department chair, and mentorship of a FIRST Robotics team. I bring strong technical expertise across industry-standard engineering software, hands-on manufacturing tools, and a collaborative, student-centered approach to advancing STEM education.
