With a passion for student success and career readiness, the Regional Career Specialists (RCS) collaborates with school districts, educators, and industry partners to create meaningful career exploration and work-based learning opportunities for students across the state. In our role we support the development and implementation of career focused initiatives, including career fairs, industry partnerships, guest speaking engagements and hands-on learning experiences that expose students to high-demand career pathways. By aligning educational workforce needs, RCS's help ensure student are equipped with the knowledge, skills and connections necessary for future success. With strong commitment to building relationships and fostering collaboration, RCS's work closely with business leaders and community organizations to bring real-world experiences into classrooms and expand opportunities for students. This work not only enhances career awareness but also strengthens the talent pipeline throughout South Carolina.
