Jennifer Dodds is the proud principal of Mauldin Elementary, where leadership isn’t just taught—it’s lived every day. A graduate of Clemson University, she brings 24 years of experience in education, including 7 years as a principal. She is a passionate advocate for the Leader in Me process and has led her school in building a culture focused on student empowerment, consistency, and growth. Known for her energy, creativity, and commitment to strong relationships, Jennifer works to ensure both students and staff thrive in a positive, high-expectations environment.
