About me
Haley Stollar is a dedicated Special Education professional with 10 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in Anderson County. As a Transition Specialist, she focuses on preparing students to become career-ready through meaningful, hands-on work experiences and real-world skill development. Haley is passionate about empowering students to build independence, confidence, and practical workplace skills that support successful transitions from school to adulthood. She collaborates closely with students, families, educators, and community partners to create individualized transition plans that align with each student’s strengths, interests, and long-term goals. Through a Work Based Learning Internship at the Anderson Institute of Technology she helps students develop both technical competencies and essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. With a strong belief that every student deserves the opportunity to thrive beyond the classroom, Haley works to bridge the gap between education and employment. Her supportive, student-centered approach ensures that learners are equipped not only for their first job, but for lifelong success.
