About me
Dee Stark is a strategic, equity-driven leader in education and workforce development with more than 25 years of experience in Career and Technical Education (CTE). She currently serves as Director of Career and Technical Education at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind, where she leads statewide efforts to expand inclusive career pathways and work-based learning opportunities for diverse learners. Throughout her career, Dee has built strong partnerships with business and industry, designed innovative career readiness programs, and led system-level initiatives that connect education to workforce needs. She is especially passionate about ensuring students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Blind, or Visually Impaired have equitable access to high-quality career preparation. Dee is passionate about preparing all learners for success through meaningful work-based learning and strong industry partnerships.
