About me
Celeste Tiller is the Vice President of Talent & Workforce Development for the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce (Rock Hill, South Carolina), Adjunct Professor at Winthrop University, and Business Leads Fellow with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation (USCCF). In her role she works to bring business, education and workforce partners together to create high-quality, sustainable workforce solutions through programs such as EPIC (Employer Provided Innovation Challenges), Business Expedition, Talent Concierge, and the Non-Profit Management Certificate Program. Prior to joining the Chamber, most recently she was the Director of External Relations and Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Winthrop University’s College of Business and Technology. During her tenure she taught Business Communications, Business & Society, Introduction to Business, Principles of Marketing, and was the faculty-lead on all student international field experiences. Right out of undergraduate, she started her professional career as a personal and corporate banker at Wachovia Bank (n/k/a Wells Fargo) and TD Bank. Celeste has earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Winthrop University.
