Art Maxwell is a passionate sales and marketing professional who believes deeply in the power of connection, purpose, and helping people discover what they are truly capable of. With a strong background in K-12 education, Career and Technical Education (CTE), and workforce development, he serves as a Territory Manager at YouScience, partnering with schools, districts, and state leaders to help students uncover meaningful pathways through aptitude-based career guidance, industry certifications, and work-based learning opportunities. Art is known for his relationship-first approach, combining strategic thinking with genuine energy, empathy, and a desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of students and educators alike.
Outside of work, Art is driven by a love for family, nature, creativity, and hands-on projects. Whether he’s gardening, beekeeping, fishing, backpacking, or building something new, he values experiences that bring people together and create meaningful connection. He believes life is meant to be explored fully, learned from constantly, and shared generously with others.
