About me
With experience as an elementary educator and 14 years in education technology start-ups, Andrea Keith is the Executive Director of Let Grow, a nonprofit promoting childhood independence, resilience, and well-being. Under her leadership, Let Grow has expanded to reach close to a million students with free, research-backed programs that build confidence and reduce anxiety by restoring everyday independence. Through partnerships with school districts, departments of education, and Let Grow co-founders Jonathan Haidt, Dr. Peter Gray, and Lenore Skenazy, Andrea is at the forefront of the childhood independence movement to shift our culture from fear to trust.
