About me
Amanda is a lead consultant for i-LEADR, Inc. She has been an elementary and middle school general education teacher, an elementary and high school special education teacher, a district-wide intervention specialist for K-12 and an expert data-analysis facilitator for Title 1 schools. She has extensive experience with MTSS implementation, collaborative practices between general education and special education, data-analysis, and instructional/intervention best practices that effectively close student gaps. Amanda works with teams to analyze data to make data-driven decisions. She provides direct coaching and support for high yield strategies, equipping teachers with differentiated support to meet the needs of their students in both core best practices and tiered intervention support to improve student growth and outcomes.
